That only means one thing: CEO is a crook. No one needs the potential to issue that many shares unless they're in the business of selling shares.

Read the board brother, there's a few of us who have done some DD to show that these old fools are up to no good. AVEW stock isn't going anywhere. Here's some insight, Jay/Jose can't afford to do PR's, and it's been quite a while since we've heard anything new. They're attempting to find the cheapest way to show they're still around doing something with the company. Trust me these idiots are done, AVEW is done, just a matter of time.
