When will you people get it in your head it does not matter whether or not someone is high. They are going to set a limit, whether its any THC at all or a certain amount in your system you are guilty. It does not matter if you are actually high or not.
Just like Alcohol, .08 is the limit in the states. It does not matter if you are actually drunk. If you blow a .08 or higher you are getting arrested. It doesnt matter if you drank 3 days ago. You hit the limit you are getting in trouble.
Why is this concept so hard for you to understand???
