None of these shady dealings and lawsuits are good for those holding stock.

Part 3 will be a break of .02 imo... Its seriously overvalued and i bet there are several negatives they aren't relaying, just like the lawsuit.

Whats funny is that the company claims the NY group is violating security laws, but they are the ones that never disclosed a lawsuit, which is a significant event that can destroy shareholder value. A filing is required in a few days of a significant event. The lawsuit was filed in April

I wonder who's been selling all of this stock while the details of this lawsuit were hidden from the public? What else are they hiding?!
