T.W., its always opinion until proven, but you have to be a really negative person or unknowledgeable of what testing has shown to be factual about Bavi's MOA, not to face the overwhelming factual indications that Bavi is a major drug discovery, with far-reaching implications. I think that its novel MOA is difficult for those steeped in traditional therapies and the B.P. culture to turn around their minds to appreciate. We shall see what we shall see, but in my opinion, look for exciting human data from the testing presently going on. If Pic didn't carry such a strong bias against Steve King I think his case for exuberance should have been more justified, but I feel he's otherwise entitled to his opinion w/o being accused of being "out of his mind". Pic has made many contributions through the years particularly in the patent areas and his opinions deserve consideration.
