Maybe you should have signed a "memorandum of understanding". It's a French word developed by HEMP to give shareholders hope, while in reality it means that you are selling a field for $100,000 and I understand that. Let's sign an agreement. This memo may be trademarked, that could be where that 500,000 comes from on the balance sheet; right under the $2,500,000 for the computer software to run the scales. So you could have had many more documents to classify your oil change.
