Leo could have added a little punch to the PR. Going forward, the decision yesterday has enhanced our ability to explore partnerships. We are considering legal action to help regain our costs from this careless lawsuit.

I'd like to see thousands send in complaints about Rosen and Kim to the disciplinary committee. The more complaints they get, the more likely we'll see some action. Especially, now that the frivolous lawsuit has been dismissed.

Here's some information to get started:

1. Please send AN ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of your complaint with enclosures. Please do not send original documents in your enclosures because we will not return them.
2. You may copy the enclosed form as many times as you wish, or you may find it online. Our website is:
www.nycourts.gov. Go to the search bar and enter “disciplinary committee.” Click on the link which says, “Departmental Disciplinary Committee.”
3. You may also state your allegations in a letter. We request separate complaint forms/letters for each attorney in question.

UNSIGNED COMPLAINTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

I hope Rosen gets more punishment than a slap on-the-hand? CTIX is
still crippled on the pink-sheets, while Rosen lives another day...
