A careful analysis of everything, and most importantly, share price decline and everything revolving about and around share price plus solid evidence posted by some other objective posters pretty much summed it up, SUNW is a very well-organized diluting machine with certain elements of legitimacy with primary objective of enriching Nelson and his close keen. Retail and ordinary common shareholder is simply cannon fodder here. The most amazing part to me recently, when some "common shareholders" openly advocated voting to make SUNW Nelson's private property. That is was top after everything became clear. The good part is market pretty much figured it out too now, that is why Nelson is cuh in a hurry to make SUNW de-facto private. imo
