In their UK filings you see "The ultimate parent undertaking is Finotec Group Inc, a company incorporated in USA".

Under point 20:

Where is this corporation now?
There is no corporation anymore to find. It was filed 2015.

They cannot act like Finotec Group Inc doesn´t exist. It will be interesting what the next UK filings shows. There should be an explanation.
