This again is a very misleading statement. Royalty will be paid to Qualcomm by the handset manufacturer who uses the TXN CDMA/WCDMA chipset based upon the wholesale (before subsidies) price of the handset.

I can find no such statement in the 2Q03 quarterly report. Where did you get this from?
