For a company this size the filings are fine. Revenue continues to grow, debt was handled adequately. Potential for much larger grants and potential contacts. New sales partner is just getting started.
So the dd is pretty solid especially for such a small company. Beyond dd all stocks and investments are based on feeling, instinct, experience. My collective experience gives me the "feeling" that this one has bigger news, and bigger moves coming.
If charts and filings were full proof, every investors would be rich. Gut feeling and instinct is equally important. GL
