Thanks for posting the link. Well worth reading this article. Several tantalizing tidbits. Confirms many of my own posts over the past months.

I am certain there will be a PR. Probably after Leo has had a chance to consult with Sullivan.

There still remains a fair possibility for a countersuit for potential damages. May have a lot to do with how Sullivan expects payment for service. If Sullivan is fairly confident, he could just ask for a percent of potential damages. This would be fair, even if the percentage were high. I say that because justice has not yet been metered out to Rosen, Seeking Alpha, Mako, and any others who have profited by unfairly trashing CTIX.
