There will be no Tox completed in '16 and there will not be any clinicals started in '16.

Maybe you or someone with the bat phone directly to Seymour could ask him if materials have been shipped to the universities and St. Jude's.

My guess his answer will be: " Of course materials are ready to be sent, we're just waiting for them to tell us they're ready for them."

That was what he said about the British PHE and MERS and about additional Flucide Tox material for BASi. And look how well that worked for him. Bought lots of time and barely a ripple from the Soma soaked followers.
