2. Rescheduling: Be careful what you wish for! Derek and the other participants were very clear that cannabis being sched I has put an umbrella over the industry allowing small companies a chance to build and grow while keeping the big money at bay. Derek went so far as to say he didn't think Terra Tech would be here without that umbrella.
