you are correct, here is my thought, if a judge whom most all know investing gets ahold of a pink sheet ordeal what do you think he is going to say. ok you invested it is a risky ordeal, you have lost. otherwise everyone and their mother would be sueing people, all the company has to do is prove they are a business in the making. Every company promotes themselves otherwise we wouldnt have comercials.
