You can't sue a legal SCAM. Everyone knew about the massive 1:20,000 split months before it happened. I and countless others warned daily that Vapor was a SCAM and the split was going to wipe out shareholders, yet so many ignored the warning and kept buying thinking it was going to go up. These con men were clever enough to make sure that what they did was legal by filing the split and warrant conversion months before so everyone had a chance to get out. The SCAM here is they just don't care about shareholders and their loses.
