and the acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings. I like MHGU they are a good growth story, and they are in my opinion a skilled operator to get these acquisition profitable, and continue to flow profit to the bottom line, and more cash flows from operations. It has it's flaws I don't love the fact that liquidity ain't the best or that their balance sheet is not exactly strong, and that is why I keep the position small, but the stock is undervalued in my opinion.
