#41349 RE: TPX #41348

This is a little misleading, thank you. Only one of these,

"Methods and compositions to generate and control the effector profile of T cells by simultaneous loading and activation of selected subsets of antigen presenting cells" is an actual issued patent.

The rest are applications. Who knows if they will be issued.

If nobody is paying the fees to maintain them they will be abandoned.

And especially amusing in light of all the patents that MCET CLAIMED to have.

I never could figure out the Adrian Bot connection. He is now vice president at Kite Pharma, he doesn't ever list his potential affiliation with Multicell, if the patents were worth anything he wouldn't have left them behind.

HIs wife, Simona Bot was rescuing orphans in Romania before she was an advisor to "Multicell Techologies" whatever that was.

She likely never got paid much, she was never listed as a full time employee, though the Multicell Immunotherapies thing is just not very transparent. I think that the deal with Oxis was just a way to get Multicell the $500K they needed to pay the non-performance penalty for the stent.

Not sure why they would pay it though, there was nothing to protect, unless they though they could keep the scam going a little longer?

I do find it interesting that somebody is just not giving up.
