Too many frivolous spam news has decreasing effect , they overdid it with NVCN already, just negative fluff . Seen these same duds all over in many stocks just spamming like this , does help get the very weak out of the way that are not doing there research and makes the move up stronger if warranted .
Also should push the company into putting out real news faster which is what we all want - good news to take it up.
