The problem with your proposed solution is that FnF are in conservatorship. The B.O.D. do not make any decisions not sanctioned by Mel Watt. Mel Watt will not make any decisions not sanctioned by Treasury. Treasury does not want FnF released. The only way out is through the judicial system.
