Mick, from what I saw it was in the 3 - 4 million shares range which isn't enough to be concerned about.

I would not think too many considering the share price is .0001. There's not much farther for it to drop. As far as the price staying down, the company can do that by itself with the constant threat of a R/S. People don't want to invest in a company where they have to constantly worry about a R/S. This company apparently could care less about it's shareholders. If the price ever does move you will most likely see people hurrying for the exits. JMHO!
