So are you saying that nate has not been successful in the past?

Didn't offer an opinion on that. Only wondering why such an accomplished businessman as is being alleged would have such a hard time finding money. Usually people are throwing money at them.

Not the case here so apparently all the conventional lenders don't agree with that assessment. It is their opinion I am taking note of.
