If I remember correctly, the Nevada SOS will no approve a stock repurchase program for a stock that is NO BID, and that bid must be 3 independent bids. So I doubt very much if we will see an approved repurchase plan in the next few days? I doubt if they even have a real securities attorney behind them. so I don't expect anything positive from this really lame move...but I've been wrong before. GLTY
