Even assuming that is the case (that they want to outfit the entire pipeline), wouldn't your first priority if you were drafting a press release be to directly explain to your shareholders the status of the agreement and the underlying lease? Of course it would. Especially considering the previous statements about the parties working to finalize installation and acceptance.... what happened there? No longer needed? Why leave us in limbo? Nobody is buying what they are selling, literally.
