I've always appreciated your optimism. I'd assume the lack of selling is due to NOBODY knowing anything. I don't imagine the meeting was well attended, as expenses to attend would far outweigh benefit for 99% of investors. You'd have to be lucky enough to have an investor within the Metroplex who would be willing to miss work on a Friday to see what was going on. My guess is those in attendance were all insiders and knew what was going to happen anyway. Hence, no leak.

I would think we will see both an 8k and a press release soon. I don't know any details, but I do know it's a big event

The lack of any selling and current price makes me think of a bk pattern. Hope I'm wrong.
