The SEC will not report anything until or if they file a complaint. The investigation could go on for years. The SEC is not required to tell investors anything, that's the responsibility of the "company" though anything the company says in a case like this very likely would just be more bullshit.

an investigation is not necessarily concluded at the end of a 10 day suspension. as a matter of fact they can go on for years. the sec does not comment about investigations. the company may or may not comment. it's up to them.
