For one Jason has failed to disclose in the FCGD SEC filings that he's being sued for fraud by the U.S. Commodities Futures Trading Commission. That is fraud by omission. What else is fraudulent in those filings? What about all the PR's of great things yet nothing ever becomes of them? And what about that oil company they bought that they claimed would produce much oil and they would be drilling many wells only to strip it of any equipment and then sold putting the folks that work there out of work? Jason Castenir is a liar, scammer and a thief...
