If the 2nd, 7th and DC Circuit have all made rulings then there should be no problem with the 11th since there is already a president setting case. The only time one court is willing to tell the other one no go is if new evidence is entered into the cases that lends more credibility. I don't think it is possible after all the hearings. I was hoping to have a ruling for this case by now but it looks as though the 11th circuit judge wants to take their time.
