No, sorry... the exact reason for gagging the TA is irrelevant because the effect regardless is that the ability to have a transparent tbird-party verification of the share structure is denied to shareholders. This means that shareholders have no choice but to trade defensively with this ticker. Obscuring information is Adrian's choice, not mine... and he will endure the consequences of that choice.
