Thats pretty much how im seeing it. Once rescheduling is announced with a positive conclusion, all cannabis related stocks are going up. Just like prohibition back in the day, once you were aloud to legally have alcohol, all the beer stock ran up. Right now peoples mind set is that they dont want to invest in a company, where there products they make are illegal. Or maybe it is a scam and we are all going to lose money, only put in what you are willing to lose. Pretty much there are very few pennystocks that are a sure thing. There is always risk.
