what are you talking about ? do you even know what these forms are? they didnt do anything they got free options to purchase shares, none of them exercised yet. its a normal thing in public corporations to issue shares \ options as grants for insiders.
they get it for free as part of their salary, as long as they didnt exercise it, its nothing. when they decide to exercise it they can either keep the shares or sell them in the open market.
