I don't think we will own stock in the new (SJAP) company. SIAF will raise cash, and distribute some as a dividend to SIAF shareholders. SIAF will also maintain a 20% or 30% stake, of which you own a piece (like we do now).

The consequence is that we will "lose" those revenues because SIAF will own a minority stake (in the new SJAP). They can't book the assets nor the revenues. They will have to book their share of the profits as "other income".

How this will play out for aqua in Oslo, I'm not sure. Perhaps SIAF will maintain a 50% stake. Or, they could spin it off into a whole new entity, in which case you will receive x new shares for every y shares you own in SIAF. It shouldn't be a problem to keep a listing on OTC for the new company because foreign (Norwegian) companies don't have to report in the US. I don't know. Someone should have the answer.
