While I can't explain the pps, from what I understand, no other company including Verb, Samsung, Medtronic, Stryker, Storz, etc , has any robotic tech that is being prepared for FDA submission. Not even close.
Also, why would Titan be so receptive to Scott H at sages? Theoretically, he represents the competition. Our competition. Why let him see behind the curtain ?
Once you get past that, and the fact that he saw the goods , his supposed happiness can only mean one of 2 things. He is happy with the joint venture with Titan that is still a secret. Or, he saw the competition (Titan), and realized that it was not a threat to Verb.
