Now it seems the outerwebz claim the San Jose office is a "small facility" with "very few people anyway" and is "not important in the grand scheme of things."

Yea, that's why it is listed as the Address of Principal Executives and Company Headquarters on their OTC filings.

There are no other offices for NTEK - AT ALL. NTGL is gone, the desk in someone else's company is gone in Hollywood and Foley's mother's house in Boston was never a "company office" anyway. And now it looks like they bailed out of San Jose.


Of course, this is the same company that touts Ultra Media Group and Nanotech Media as two of the three principal lines of business for the company.

Of course, both Ultra Media Group and Nanotech Media are now defunct operations as per the Nevada Secretary of State. The business licenses for both entities are revoked and they have not existed since last year.
