No. First 100k convertible is 5-10 million. Then loan is dependent on price and whether they need it. So let's say they take another 100k and price is .03. That would be 3 million shares per 100k. So really like 50 million worst case scenario which puts OS at 170 and float at 86. That is nothing for OTC.
