Are you referring to the one to be issued on a one for one basis upon BZTG being listed on the Hong Kong Exchange in 2007?

Or the one where everyone would get distributions from a position of Buzz Venture Capital in 2008?

To you bayliner and any others concerned about this change, once this change of name, cusip, and symbol takes place, everything said before about BZTG and any different companies represented by that symbol all become null & void. Any previous forward looking company statements by BZTG will have no bearing on this new company.

Dredging up previous BZTG forward looking statements is really a waste of time. Those statements, whether they happened or not, have no bearing on what HEFFX does or it's future plans. A forward looking statement basically means that what is suggested in the statement may happen or not depending on future outcomes.
