1) MF commercial operation starting in Q4 (conservatively). Something to do with waste water and not all the tanks have been completed.
2) Bank loan imminent. No collateral needed. Very low interest rates. $100M that Swedbank said was needed (by issuing stock) was relevant at the time but not anymore. They don't have to acquire the MF by end of year.
3) They are too afraid to give guidance. Too much uncertainty and spin-offs could screw it up.
4) Madagascar abattoir, blah blah
5) People visiting from India. Perhaps SIAF can find a way to build fish farms globally. Very premature.
6) 1 spin off likely to happen in Q4. Progress update in a few weeks.
Nisse was asked a question. He sounded upbeat and very much alive (as was Dan). They are looking forward to dividends (from spin-offs?). Nisse was upbeat about getting loan(s).
Stock shouldn't be down today. But then again, we didn't get guidance. And NITE can be a relentless seller.
Fredrik D is working overtime, according to Solomon L. Solomon calls some of his ideas brilliant, even. He could very well be behind the loans and spin-offs etc.
He doesn't have to be on the Board. Clearly there is a problem being independent when he works for ECAB.
