Appreciate your info, but many on board do not know history of these suits. It looks like an Administrative Law Judge has ruled a couple times and have been appealed. If this ALJ rules the same way in this Case which the Appeals Ct remanded back to the lower Ct, how does that effect VELA? In anybodies opinion that has been following these Cases. Thank you
