That might be a reasonable guess. But it misses the key point.

The reason R/S's are generally bad is that they often predict forward dilution.

But here, it looks like we might have the tourniquet in place, and the bleeding will soon stop. If such, the R/S would be little more than a math issue.

Let us get back on this one next year.
