Please check transactions and see how much of it outside of MMs trading, 143Ks volume is nothing for classic raise. Hardly anybody is touching, everybody is scared of Nelson's tricks that are well known. imo

Those are both very small numbers.

It's like when people talk about institutions buying in when the number basically fluctuates between 3% and 6%. Institutional ownership mostly matters from a volatility standpoint (just because institutions invest in something doesn't mean it's good, after all Madoff had mostly institutional investors) but would go a long way to protect longs from the periodic dilution dumps as it would mean there are buyers with big pockets willing to step in. This stock still hasn't recovered from when Sunworks execs sold shares a year ago. The fact that there are periodic dilution dumps puts a damper on getting more people on board.

Even though the number of shares owned by institutions has gone up a bit the percentage owned by institutions has actually declined slightly in the last year due to all the dilution.
