Yea. And the second and third payment being waved suggested these guys were tight and not giving up. I do remember an old ASUV filing that said they needed 50 million in funding to start this operation. Klean doing an IPO would have a better shot at that kind of capital verses a reverse merger with ASUV. But if it is a reverse merger then the capital was pre arranged. Bet on that.
