I can't possibly imagine them cancelling shares. Especially when they plan on exciting bankruptcy in 6 months. Also knowing the cause of the bankruptcy filling also had to do with sick games sycamore and MGF were playing. They can't make the common bear all the brunt of it. Their soul won't let them. I'm holding long

.@Aeropostale's second day hearing motions are all uncontested. The co. adjourned it's store closing sales motion to the June 9 DIP hearing.

Counsel for @Aeropostale is optimistic that the motion to approve store closing sales procedures will go forward unopposed next week.

.@Aeropostale's judge has approved all motions that have been presented so far on a final basis, including a motion to pay critical vendors

The judge approved all of @Aeropostale's motions today and the company will be back in court June 9 for approval of its $160m DIP.
