I take it this is the first reverse split you've been involved with.

There are qualificcations a company has to meet in order to be listed on Nasdaq.

Do they meet any of them?

Maybe looking at the filings at OTCM will help.

There's no company here. No revs in years from what I can see.

Whether there will be one in the future is anyone's guess. And tracking a company in China isn't easy.
