This is really oversold. Only 23.7 RSI. Is there any dilution going on lately?

I disagree. The last time the debt was restructured the pps shot up. I think it's safe to assume that the new loan will have better terms for the company so the same thing should happen. To be on the safe side I would recommend taking a small position around these oversold prices, can always add more if it drops. JMO.
