Cmdr, could you please ask Judge Steele if it is a viable option to charge the government for RICO (for the NWS and the whole conservatorship) and send him these two links?

We will inform the Court of the MDL ruling and
ask that the "stay" be lifted. The Court will
probably promptly schedule oral argument on the
motions. The judge makes that call as it suits his schedule.
