I disagree. What they are telling the market IMO (and why there is positive response) is we are focused on expanding manufacturing and becoming profitable (less to no dilution). We will continue to do early phase development of our science but will leave late development thru partnership.
In my opinion they will be early development partner for AZN with some type of structure for advancing science.
