I liked this line in the article.

Papa was offered nearly $100 million in pay if Valeant returned to its Oct. 2015 high of $150 a share, and nearly $500 million in pay if Valeant's stock climbs to $270 by 2020.

This shows how great an incentive the CEO has to grow the share price. This stock is a near certain double in the next 12 months and a very solid triple plus.
