Pretty much... I'm almost positive the powers want VIX at reset lows of 10.95 to 11.25 before the real deal market sell off but you can make good money on VIX bounces between 13 and 15. If 13 falls I'll go put heavy for the max loss tolerance that forces out retail at the low. Then TVIX does their usual reverse split (I was trading this on the daily during the last RS and know their games) Once they RS you know it's time to buy... I'll go all in calls at that point.
