500 shares? Stock isn't "going up". That's just another tiny move of 500 shares at 18 cents...not even 100 dollars. A blip. Nothing. But the NEWS they put out today concerning dilution is easy to understand. If I can help, let me know. The link is here and it's a very understandable read.
