Definitely not good and deceiving, they thru in the $4 so retail can push close to $4 thinking they got better deal then they change the prospect lower while pps is higher and move on with it but retails are 2 smart to fall for it imo

I'm with you. I don't see anything good coming out of this offering. I guess that explains why this stock got hammered to bad this past week. If we don't hold support @ $2.50, we could easily see this stock plunge all the way down to the $2.00 range. JMHO
