No doubt there are some folks who bought in at $.0001 over the past 6 months or so, but the past year has seen $400k traded at $.0001, $575k traded between $.0001 and $.001 and $5.1 million above $.001. And that's just the last 12 months.
In 3 days of April last year, $9 million was traded between 23 and 41 cents alone.
And the fact that there appear to be unlimited shares now available at $.0001 and no one buying, suggests that the odds of things "working out" are very small.
If you have a line into the company, you may want to inquire as to why they stopped filing.
As you say, no one "knows". We all just have to speculate. But as I've said, speculation that the company is on the verge of moving up from $.0001, seems to be the least likely of all outcomes.
